Armchair BEA: Giveaway & Literary Fiction
To celebrate Armchair BEA, Reading Lark is giving away TWO copies of a Miranda Kenneally novel. The winners will be able to choose one book from the Hundred Oaks series that has already been released. I just read Catching Jordan and LOVED it. My review will be up Friday, but I wanted to give others a chance to read this one. It's a perfect way to spend your summer AND it will help you prepare for Racing Savannah's release in December.
We will have one US winner & one INTERNATIONAL winner. International entrants must be able to receive books from The Book Depository.
* Be 13+ years old
* Fill out the Rafflecopter below
The giveaway runs May 30 - June 6. The winner will be contacted via email on June 7.
Now, for today's Armchair BEA topic: Literature
I decided instead of discussing Literature and giving my opinions that I would give you some reading suggestions. Surprisingly, my focus today is on books for adults. I love historical fiction and I love it even more when there a strong females. Women haven't always been given a chance to voice opinions so I love characters who aren't afraid to tell it like it is to anyone who will listen. I also enjoy women who have amazing strength and overcome hardship. Here are my must reads if you're interested in Historical Fiction with strong female characters:
