Magic Lamp Sunday 9/1/13

We discovered this meme at Ya-Aholic, where it runs on Fridays. It sounded like a fun addition to our lineup, but fits better here on Sundays. This is based on the basic Magic Lamp = 3 wishes idea. Since there are so many of us, though, we're just taking one each per week. 

If we had a Magic Lamp, we'd wish:

Andrea: I wish that I had the ability to control the weather like Skye does in A Radiant Sky by Jocelyn Davies. 

Jen: I wish that our lives were more like books and less like they are sometimes. (Amen, Jen.)

Michele B.: I wish I could learn Kali, and maybe one day I will. Inspired by Ethan in The Iron Fey: Call of the Forgotten series by Julie Kagawa.  

Julie: I wish I still had the same level of imagination now as I did when I was a kid- inspired by A House in the Sky by Amanda Lindhout and Sara Corbett. 

Paula: I wish I could ride an alicorn like Sophie does in Exile by Shannon Messenger.
