Magic Lamp Sunday 11/10/13

We discovered this meme at Ya-Aholic, where it runs on Fridays. It sounded like a fun addition to our lineup, but fits better here on Sundays. This is based on the basic Magic Lamp = 3 wishes idea. Since there are so many of us, though, we're just taking one each per week. 

If we had a Magic Lamp, we'd wish:

Paula: I wish more characters in books had better experiences with counselors/therapy. Inspired by The Madness Underneath by Maureen Johnson.

Michele: I wish I had the courage that Tris has to more often go against what is expected of me when I deem it to be unfair to myself or others. Inspired by Allegiant by Veronica Roth. 

Jen: I wish I was a healer like Avry, then I could heal my painful wisdom tooth in a jiffy. Instead i look like a chipmunk. *sigh* Inspired by Taste of Darkness by Maria V. Snyder. 

 Andrea: I wish I was stronger at night like Wes is in Embers and Echoes by Karsten Knight.
