This Week's Topic: Ten Books With Fall/Autumn Covers/Themes
1. The Arsonist by Stephanie Oakes: This one makes me think of fall because of the reds and oranges. I also associate fall with fire pits and camping.
#2. Far From the Tree by Robin Benway: Again, I think it's the colors that trigger it for me, but also because the leaves appear to be falling.
#3. Odd & True by Cat Winters: October is one of my favorite months of the year, which always makes me think of Halloween and darkness. This cover perfectly captures the October feel.
#4. The Freemason's Daughter by Shelley Sackier: The color scheme makes me think of fall.
#5. The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater: The November setting and color scheme will always make this a fall favorite for me.
#6. Named of the Dragon by Susanna Kearsley: Chunky sweater, fall colored landscape - need I explain more? All this one is missing is a pumpkin spice latte and a stack of books to be my perfect day.
#7. The Revenge Playbook by Rachael Allen: In my household, fall means football.
#8. Compulsion by Martina Boone: The color scheme
#9. The Fall by Bethany Griffin: The title alone would have put this one the list.
#10. Brightest Kind of Darkness by P.T. Michelle: The forest with the changing leaves makes me think of autumn hikes.
OOoh very nice picks!! Agree that all of these have Fallish vibes!
