Cover Crazy: Before We Go Extinct

The purpose of Cover Crazy is to feature a cover each week for us to admire its beauty. I really like this idea since there are so many great covers out there! Cover Crazy is a feature that was started by The Book Worms.

I was drawn to this cover because it stands out from other YA covers. There is no girl in a pretty dress. There are no people. I like the covers that could almost pass for artwork which this one certainly does. I love how the title mimics a shark fin. There is also something summery about this one. The colors call to mind ocean breezes and sand between the toes.
