Don’t let his bravado fool you. The Rebel doesn’t know what Skye needs any better than she does. He’s selfish by nature, and he believes without a shadow of a doubt that his way is the right way. But there is so much more to the story. There is so much more to Skye’s heart than what Asher wants to see. A whole other half of it, in fact. Another kind of blood that rushes through her veins. The world doesn’t thrive on chaos. Civilizations exist because there are rules in place to govern and keep peace. Imagine a world with no order.
