ReplyDeleteI'm wondering about Melissa Marr's Fairy Tales & Nightmares. I was luke-warm on her Wicked Lovely series... but tempted to get this.

I read and reviewed Faery Tales & Nightmares if you want more details on it. It is mainly Wicked Lovely stories, but there are some short stories that are stand alones outsides of that world. I loved the Wicked Lovely books so it was a great read for me.
DeleteYes, A Beautiful Evil is book #2 in the Gods and Monsters series. I ADORE it. Its a futuristic paranormal tale complete with traditional beings such as vampires and witches, but there is some Greek mythology influence at well. Its very dark and well written. I've reviewed book 1 and featured Sebastian as a book boyfriend if you want more convincing to try these books. :)
