Magic Lamp Sunday 1/27/13

We discovered this meme at Ya-Aholic, where it runs on Fridays. It sounded like a fun addition to our lineup, but fits better here on Sundays. This is based on the basic Magic Lamp = 3 wishes idea. Since there are so many of us, though, we're just taking one each per week. 

If we had a Magic Lamp, we'd wish:
Andrea: I wish I had Claire's apartment that overlooks Pike Place Market and Elliott Bay in Seattle, Washington- inspired by Blackberry Winter by Sarah Jio. 

Michele B.: I wish I could inherently speak any language like Clara in the Unearthly series by Cynthia Hand. 

Jen: I wish that I could ride a horse like Caber with confidence and get joy from it like Ember does in Rise by Andrea Cremer. 

Paula: I wish that my love lasts more than one lifetime, like happens in Days of Blood and Starlight by Laini Taylor.
