Cover Crazy: Red Queen

The purpose of Cover Crazy is to feature a cover each week for us to admire its beauty. I really like this idea since there are so many great covers out there! Cover Crazy is a feature that was started by The Book Worms.

This cover is dangerously creepy. The sparseness causes the eyes to be drawn to the crown. I want to know why the crown is upside down. I also want to know more about who has the power and why the crown is dripping blood. The combination of red and white invokes a power struggle between goodness and evil in my mind.
