Spotlight on Dauntless

Coming to you from Reading Lark over the next week we have a series of spotlights focusing on Insurgent by Veronica Roth, the second book in the Divergent trilogy.  Today we are featuring Dauntless, who most people probably regard as “the Good Guys”. So, without further ado, here’s a little about them. 

 Faction: Dauntless 

 Characteristics of faction: 

 Courageous and strive to overcome fear. 

Guard the fence around the city & provide security generally. 

Travel by jumping onto and off of trains. 

Wear black clothing. 

Can be quite impulsive. 

Believe in teamwork.

 Why Dauntless is the best: 

 They are brave enough to protect the weak, and let’s face it; they seem to have the most fun of all the factions with exciting games of ‘Capture the Flag’.
