Cover Crazy: World After

The purpose of Cover Crazy is to feature a cover each week for us to admire its beauty. I really like this idea since there are so many great covers out there! Cover Crazy is a feature that was started by The Book Worms.

I love the gloomy colors of this cover...  I also love the white of the wings. In the story, those wings are actually black and belong to Raffe. By making them white, I feel that the message that he is the hope for salvation is subtly conveyed. This cover conveys just the right message for me; hope in darkness.
