Sweet Reality was great! This book had even more craziness and hi-jinks than the first book. I loved the first one and this was just as enjoyable.
Jen Reid has left Seattle and moved to FL. She's become roommates and best friends with Justin's sister and they're opening a bakery called Sweet Reality using baked goods based on reality show characters. Genius marketing idea, btw! But Jen and Justin are offered the opportunity to go on a "reality" cruise. Due to a competing bakery opening up across the street from Sweet Reality, Jen and Justin need to go to try and get an amazing recipe for cupcakes from an 80's pop star who will also be on the cruise.
Once they get on the cruise, they meet up with some of their old friends from The Fishbowl. But there are other reality stars there as well, including Jen's ex-boyfriend Dominic and his ex-wife, Danielle. She got her own reality show after The Fishbowl aired.
Arianna is also on the cruise and seems to be causing mayhem everywhere Jen turns. Dominic wants to try and get Jen back. But Jen keeps waiting for Justin to propose so there isn't really a love triangle so much as a love heptagon. The only 2 people who really love each other are Jen and Justin. But there is so much secret keeping and miscommunication that it takes a long time for the two of them to remember that.
Again, I highly recommend this for those who love a quick romance to read! Tons of fluff but oh so much fun!

Jen Reid's life after walking off a reality show has been great-she's gone from being a broke twenty-four-year-old Seattleite with no love life and no job to the twenty-five-year-old who got the guy, moved to Miami, and is starting a bakery with her best friend. She thinks her showmance boyfriend might be about to propose. And with mouthwatering goodies based on everyone's favorite shows, her business, Sweet Reality, is destined for success.
That is, until a killer competitor opens right across the street. If she's going to save Sweet Reality, Jen has to come up with a secret ingredient-like the recipe that won Totally 80s Bake-Off. Jen can get it-if she steps back into the spotlight. Soon she and her boyfriend are out to sea on a cruise ship full of reality stars, including her nemesis, Ariana; her lying, cheating ex; and some wicked producers looking to bring the drama. Separate cabins, "surprises" from her past, and scenarios tailor-made to spark fights are just the beginning. But with her self-respect, her business, and her future on the line, the fallout from this made-for-TV plotline will be all too real . . .
Sometimes fluff is just what I need in a book!
